Eg Breakfast / Snack / Lunch / Snack / Dinner.

Not only will this will give you the energy you need to train, but it will also increase your metabolism, being the speed at which your body burns off the food that you eat.

A fast metabolism means your body burns the food that you eat quickly, and is therefore less likely to be stored as fat.

Metabolic rate accounts for approx 70% of all daily energy expenditure, and plays a major role in weight loss. In comparison, exercise accounts for approx 15% of daily energy expenditure.
