Training Tip of the Week

Make It Up

We all need to set ourselves regular targets for the amount of exercise that we complete each week.

However sometimes we will not always be able to achieve our weekly targets due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g sickness).

If you get behind in your training, try and catch up!

If you miss an hour of training this week, try and do an hour extra next week to catch up.

The more sessions you miss, the less likely you will achieve your training goals!
