Mix Things Up

Many people do the same workouts day in day out. This quickly becomes boring, and motivation drops fast. To stay stimulated with your exercise try different types of training. Try different exercise classes, run, swim, ride, row, weight train, or play a sport you enjoy.

Our bodies adapt to doing the same exercise within weeks, then plateau and stop responding. To get maximum results don’t let your body get used to doing the same thing. If you ask your body to do the same workout every week your body will not change, because it doesn’t need too!
